A first rate style guide, it certainly helped me out in a big way

I found the advice in this book to be detailed and full of interesting tips and tricks. The author is clearly someone who knows a great deal about sartorial style. It read like a lifetime's worth of tips and insights from someone who clearly knows a thing or two about these matters.
I'm no slob, but my fianc� always has critiques of my appearance, and she's always been a bit upset that I'm not, in her words, `showing myself to the best of my ability.' With our wedding approaching, and various functions owing to her new job, I wanted to surprise her by learning a bit about style and dress. This book was my secret weapon, and in truth, I feel like a new chapter has opened up in my life. I now enjoy dressing snappier, and my fianc� is thrilled. This book was the perfect guide to helping me improve my dress sense.

Great Guide

I bought this for my husband.
He was recently promoted at work and now has to dress in a more professional manner. It's not that he had absolutely NO fashion sense, but he definitely needed an overhaul.
I pretty much figured he wouldn't take my word on anything...you know how husbands are. So I decided to see if I could find something he could read for himself.
This book was everything I could have imagined and more! It went over EVERYTHING. Shoes, dress pants, casual pants, etc.
It was great because it even went into what is timeless and how to look good no matter what trends are currently going around.
Highly recommend for any guy who is wanting to upgrade their style.

This guide also takes the guessing out of accessorizing, what is appropriate to wear for every occasion, and existing trends that will die fast and are better to ignore. The pictures that are included are a great help as well. Thanks to this book, I will never be lost in the men's department again when shopping for my husband's clothes.
